Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@everlunejewelry-shop.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that after this time, your order may already be in production or prepared for dispatch. In such cases, we may no longer be able to process cancellation requests.

If you need to update product details or shipping information, please notify us within the same 24-hour timeframe. After this period, changes may not be possible.


At Everlune Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return process as outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items


3. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $7 USD may apply to returned items depending on the condition of the product upon inspection.

This fee will be deducted from your refund total.


4. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: Up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Any applicable restocking or handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is posted)

  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
