1. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (New York Time) will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

3. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 7 business days.
4. Shipping Days
Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday.
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (New York Time) on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
